Start with the top which can be strapless, it could be a corset or it could have lace. The skirt can be long or short and it can have ruffles. Tie it all together with a belt. Then you can move on to colors and choose one for each part of the gown. You can choose it to be the same for all the parts, or you can make it more colorful. You can also add patterns to each garment like polka dots, butterflies or plaid. Finally, after you have decided all these and you are happy with the result, you can sow all the pieces together and show it to Belle. She will surely adore it!
